Hyundai SANTA Fe purchase Overall our buying experience was great. Our sales person greeted us right away and asked us if we needed any help. Once we found the ultimate edi Overall our buying experience was great. Our sales person greeted us right away and asked us if we needed any help. Once we found the ultimate edition of the SANTA Fe and liked it, he asked if we wanted to take for a test drive. Throughout the process Kazi was very helpful and explained the features of the vehicle. The sales manager was a bit pushy but not overly uncomfortable. At the end of the day he gave us a great rate in the loan and marked down the vehicle. The vehicle had a couple of dings but dealership acknowledged they will be fixed. The only items I wish Kazi would have done differently is going more in detail Regarding the blue tooth, navigation, and features of the newer technology. Overall though he was great More

Got my dream car I have always loved the look of Hyundai vehicles so I was excited to go in for my test drive. I couldnt afford a new vehicle but Lance, the salesman h I have always loved the look of Hyundai vehicles so I was excited to go in for my test drive. I couldnt afford a new vehicle but Lance, the salesman helping me, was helpful and showed me options I could afford that were comparable to what I wanted. I found a Sonata that I absolurely loved and after some price talking, it’s now mine! The only downside I’d warn people of is an additional $1,900 charge on all vehicles for an anti-theft system that is pre-installed and you have no choice in buying it if you want a vehicle from this dealership. It isn’t listed in the cost initally but once you get to the payment process it is listed and it isnt an option. It is an unfortunate surprise that I had to accept and it took me over my budget but like I said - I really wanted the car and I still love my purchase. More
