Me and my wife were looking for a new daily for herself for work since she does a lot of highway miles. She liked the genesis coupe they had a silver 2012 with 89.5k miles on it going for low 9k. Lance helped me as far as test drive and introduction and mike helped with the financing. THE ONLY REASON IM NOT PUTTING 5 STARS IS BECAUSE DUE TO THE FACT I ASKED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES NOT TO RUN ME AND MY WIFES CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES AND YET THEY RAN IT 5 TIMES. Now I sold cars before so I understand how the whole process works and these guys are super friendly and they will try to make a deal work if they can but they didn't even bother telling me they ran our credit so many times. I told Lance even before going inside "don't run it multiple times because that's why I left Hardin Honda and they want call me back to get a deal done all of a sudden. If it doesn't work the first time fine no hard feelings. Another car isn't a priority." So upon coming to the dealer I already noticed the plastic trim was slightly popped of and the clear was peeling in the front corner and the interior was not in the best shape to be honest but it was a good deal (upon seeing it in person I can see why). We go inside and get approved after almost 2 hours of waiting and Lance and Mike were SUPER friendly, talkative and engaging like that's how a dealer, sales, and staff should be! Once getting approved I forgot to mention about getting AT LEAST the clear coat fixed I didn't care about the other damages or even the broken handle to open the center console. He informed me that I can come back because the used car manager wasn't in and he would only approve it. Luckily we had to go back to sign a paper we had missed signing and we went there around 1ish and I didn't see lance so I didn't bother asking somebody to try and fix it. All in all I love the car and the staff just the credit issue is honestly my only concern that nobody told us and had to find out on our own through or credit reports. More
