I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's proble train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I was Service Director at a Ford Dlrship in KC for 6yrs. Thank you HB Ford, and most of all......Thank YOU, Carson !!! Steve Longman More
HB Ford reached out via text to have a recall repair done on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help me because I’m in a wheelchair and can’t go anywhere alone. They set up the appointment and everything was set up on my end. I called HB Ford to find out if they could replace my lug nuts during this appointment. I was informed that I wouldn’t receive my car back that day. I told the girl that’s not what I was told in the text. She said that the text was just general information and that isn’t possible. I have to have my car because of my situation. Don’t tell the costumer you can do something and are unable to follow through. I would have been stuck and no way home if I dropped my car off for repairs. More

I dropped my car off for service 5 days ago. Nobody will call me back and tell me what is going on. I have called 10 times, left messages with the manager and still no call back. This time when I brought my other can in for The Works with the same reservation as last time was glad to see that they actually adhered to the reservation time . Schedule that time from now on as the QuickLane guy was rude and did not care that I had a reservation and it took till 8:15 am to start the appointment with my truck. Took my car in for a routine oil change in Oct 2022. I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I looked under car and saw oil leaking. I called the service dept immediately. My "sweetheart" tech told me to drive it in. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that it's leaking too much. (My engine is relatively new) "Oh it's ok" NOT! I used my AAA towing service to tow it in. It poured oil out as it was being rolled off the flatbed. There was some damage. I guess I'll never know how much. While working on my vehicle they it the rack, damaged my front end and destroyed my tire. They couldn't find my high end Michellin but offered 1 lower grade tire until they could get a match to my tires which were relatively new. This all occurred in Oct 2022. It's now Apr 2023. Still no tire and not one status call or returned message. I've been more than patient.i want this taken care of! More
