When I got to Huntington Beach Ford I was welcome by a very nice salesman and he showed me the cars and as I got to know him I knew that I was going to by from here. He had great info on all of the Fords and wasn't asking for the sale which I hate! We finally found the Ford I wanted and it ended up being a New 2010 F-150 FX4 which I loved. The salesman really made me feel at home no pressure was put on me by him or his managers which really showed me a lot. If you are looking for good service and price get you car from here! More
We drove from Nevada to purchase a Mercedes which we saw advertised. It was exactly as advertised and the price was better than any we could find locally. I have to admit reading all these post from other people it seems intimidating to buy a car from any dealership. I looked into this website www.dealerrater.com before making my purchase. I looked everywhere esle to see who had good inventory. HBF had a huge selection of Super Duty trucks to choose from. Some lifted some stock and a ton of f-450 dually, When I got to the store I always kept my guard up. Well I don't know what to say other than I was wrong to assume bad things, this dealership was great to work with. When the Gm (Omar) overheard Tim and I talking about why I needed a big truck to pull my boat with he asked what kind of boat I had, and I told him a 38zf Donzi center console fishing boat, he then realized I was a hardcore fisherman which just happens to be one of his favorite pass times. The GM (Omar) was very familiar with the boat and recommended the right truck for my towing needs. He went above and beyond to make sure that my set up was perfect for towing my boat. Because the staff had the extra knowledge that I was not aware of, this made me feel that much better that I made the right decision buying from (HBF). I wish this system would let me post a picture of my new truck towing my boat it looks really good. I have referred some of my buddies that needed trucks and they had just as good of an experience. I bought a used car and of course went through the 4 squares of the car business. #1 reason I drove 20+ miles to see the car is because of the selection. They have by far the most trucks on the lot than the other 15 dealers i visited combined. Yes I had an issue with the to do list once the deal was done but Tim and Eric made it happen . When it is said and done I got more than I ever wanted from them . I have referred over 10 people to them and will keep doing so until they let me down! More

I just bought a White 2010 Ford F250, I was in and out in less than 1 hour and got a deal another local Ford Dealership told me there was no way possible! All salesmen are friendly when you are buying a new car, it's after you buy that you have problems. In my case, when we were negotiating, the salesman promised a free extended warranty in the deal. When it came to signing the contract, we noticed a charge of $1999.99 for an extended warranty. Upon bringing the charge up to the finance manager, he said there was no promise of a free extended warranty. I should have known better, but it was Midnight and we were tired, so we signed the contract. The next day, I cancelled the extended warranty in writing and delivered it to the finance manager. All is fine, but it took six weeks to receive the refund. My recommendation to all buyers is to take your time when reading the contract and bring a recorder with you so you can prove what the salesman is promising( a small recorder that can be hidden). Once you sign that contract, there is no turning back. Don't let anyone rush your decision and remember when buying a new car, you don't have to buy an extended warranty right at that moment. A better warranty can be bought from Ford Motor Co. on the computer for half the cost of the dealers and with better coverage. A used car with 36,000 miles and under an extended warranty can be purchased from FMC also. REMEMBER, WHEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT, YOU CANNOT BACK OUT OF IT. Unfortunately, not all salesmen are honest and they are going to try anything to get a bigger commission from you no matter how nice you think they are. Once the sale is made, they move on to the next (sucker) customer. More
This dealer has posted trucks that are one price online and then when you get there they do not want to honor the price that is advertised and/or then try to get you in a truck that is more expensive or an and then when you get there they do not want to honor the price that is advertised and/or then try to get you in a truck that is more expensive or and has problems with it. This dealer is great at playing the game of bait and switch. They also tell you that the truck they want you to buy is a Ford Buy Back, but yet they WILL NOT provide you with the Carfax report and state that it cost too much money to pull. We played the pricing game for hours and in the mean time while we wait we have to listen to the other sales reps argue and degrade each other behind others backs, but what was even more shocking, was to listern to one of the sales managers harass other customers. Whithin the hours of being there, I heard several customers yelling and arguing as they were trying to leave with one of the sales managers. At one point, one of them said to a man with his 2 teenage boys as they were trying to leave because of the poor customer service say "Fine, get out of here, BEAT IT!" I am completely shocked and in disbelief of how horrible these people are to their customers. I will never give my business to this company, and I have already done my part in spreading the word on this horrible dealership. There is only one good sales men there (who happens to be new) that is honest and hard working going out of his way to help you find the truck that fits your needs, but it is not worth my time or sanity to ever go back to that xxxx Whole!
