I sent an email to the owner and got a call from the sales manager. The dealer refuses to send a purchase order for the advertised car at the advertised price. In fact, they told me they do not like to do online or internet sales. Told them I would come down and pay the advertised price plus cash and DMV fees and tax. In the time of COVID I did not want to spend hours as they tried to up sell me on their 3500 warranty. They said I had to bring cash only and no checks. The sales manager and salespeople are totally unprofessional. The reviews say Bait and switch. I posted a picture of my new 2019 Ram purchased from another dealer. More
Lots of customer service issues would NOT buy a car from this dealer again. Left messages and have received zero response. Still waiting.... finance added a warranty which she led me to believe since I was this dealer again. Left messages and have received zero response. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler JL from this dealer. My experience in whole was the worst ever experience. I'm a huge fan of Mopar. Probably, I've owned every single model over the last 25 years. The Sales guy, finance team and service must be below par. Young sales guy, well..... nothing you can say about him. He was trained that way(being very shady). Finance manager, Ahmad Sabbagh, is darker than shady. Went into the deal with Capital One approval, he said he can offer a better deal. All of BS when he takes on all extra items that you don't need for a high price with the idea that it's good for the car. 10 words or less, the word that comes into my mind is " THIEF". Off road guys at the dealer is another issue. This guy named Mike Rice, sweet talker shady guy. The worst places do upgrades. Dealer screwed me with extra charge and when I complained to return the car back to the dealer, Ahmad Sabbagh replaced the deal with parts that's super expensive for what you can buy from other after market resellers. What's even worse is how they installed the parts. Mike said " All our work and parts come with lifetime warranties". I've never seen a dealer endorse guys doing this kind of crappy installs. See picture below for the kind of work they do. $3 switch under dash for LED light bars, It doesn't even work right!!!! 10 words are less, MAKE SURE TO TAKE AN ATTORNEY TO HELP YOU DEAL, IF YOU HAVE CHOICE, GO BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALER!!!!!! I'M GIVING THEM 1 STAR FOR BOTH, IF i HAD THE CHOICE, IT WOULD BE NEGATIVE 5 STARS. BE CAREFUL!!!!! More
False Ads Don't waste your time going there, the new thing they got going on is they do dealer discounts of $5000 to $6500, but in their ads it says dealer inst Don't waste your time going there, the new thing they got going on is they do dealer discounts of $5000 to $6500, but in their ads it says dealer installed accessories sold at added cost, well they don't specify the extras or the cost, and guess what? every car and truck has dealer installed accessories including GPS so they want $4995 for that and will not even produce that car or truck on ad until you agree to pay it, they try and only show you cars and trucks on the front lot and have these so called ad cars and trucks stashed on other lots far from the dealership views, only push the ones on the front lot, a total bait and switch dealership, last car I bought was a Challenger from them, they advertised a Challenger on ad at that time that wasn't even there, said it was in the body shop being repaired, that is why it was so cheap, allegedly it was wrecked by a customer, sure it was, talked me into a lease instead which I did, this Challenger I leased also had aftermarket electrical dealer installed accessories on it, left me stranded 5 times for battery failure, yes it was killing the battery all the time until we figured out what was wrong with it and removed that item, also some Dodge dealerships will void factory warranties for electrical and computer issues if you have aftermarket accessories on your car, and they know this, when I told them to remove any aftermarket accessories installed on the Ram I was looking at they told me no they would not and walked away and told me if I change my mind about their accessories to come back, well guess what, I will not, and this is my warning to you, don't drive there unless you are willing to pay the higher price than advertised, have these aftermarket accessories that HB Dodge installed on your new purchase that could possibly void factory warranties, More

Specifically, they try to include another approximately 4,000 for some "add on features"that they are already a included in the vehicle (e.g.security features already on the car etc). I am a CPA and I am quite good at negotiating; however, these guys are far superior to my orthodox tactics. they are quite cleaver and cunning. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT FIGHT FAIR- YOU WILL FAIL. PLEASE DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR AN HONEST DEALERSHIP. More
