I have been calling and emailing this dealer repeatedly for the past 7 days, trying to get the details on a car they have for sale. Every time I call I get transferred around several times and get dumped for the past 7 days, trying to get the details on a car they have for sale. I finally got a a call back from the Internet Sales Person, Twayne Clark over the weekend. He was extremely unfriendly and acted bothered by my inquiries. I told him that I would be interested in purchasing the car and subsequently having the car picked up by a freight company and bringing it to my home. Twayne said “no , we won’t do that”. We hadn’t even begun to discuss price (33,000.00)and the was no. I am a cash buyer, willing to send a cashiers check or money wire for payment in full. I also told him that I would a sign a contract accepting the car in “as is” condition. His answer was still no. This is so bizarre to me because my husband and I have purchased several cars out of California, Florida and Texas and had them shipped to Oregon without incident. I would not recommend this dealer! I think there is something really strange about their operations and policies. Then, I spoke to the manager (whom was equally unfriendly) and he confirmed their policy. To the owner of this dealership- I don’t quite understand how you can reject a full price cash offer for a vehicle that is listed for sale. Why does it matter how the vehicle leaves your lot after it has been paid for in full? This could be a potential legal issue. More
