Had a bad experience with this dealership. They regularly practice bait and switch. PLEASE read all yelp reviews and check with the Better Business Bureau and save yourself a headache. Went in and talked to a salesman by the name of Lane. Asked him several times if this was the price of the vehicle, to which he replied YES, every time I asked him. When we said we wanted to purchase the vehicle he then suddenly pulled an amount of $4000.00 out of his A$$. Said it was for paint protection and some other BS. We left and wrote a bad yelp review. The next day, Jay and Mo contacted me. Told me to come in and they wanted to sell me the vehicle for the price that I inquired about....if I would remove my yelp review. I decided, OK I'll play your game and see what happens. Well what do you know.....That car just so happened to be sold. But they would get me another one....IF I REMOVED MY YELP REVIEW. Well, long story short they sold me another vehicle which had broken caliper bolts and was dangerous to drive. I had to rent a vehicle for a week, while mine was in the shop getting fixed. When I called them, they had me speak to a guy by the name of Asad. He told me No problem, he would reimburse for the rental car. He will have their manager call me right back. Now Nathan called me back. He was PISSED!!! Said he had read my yelp reviews and he was NOT going to reimburse me for the rental car. Said he would talk to Asad about telling me that he would. Now Asad called me back and said they will not reimburse me for the rental car. He also told me to never buy another car from them again. He stated that they had enough business and didn't need my business. He egged me on to keep writing bad yelp reviews and tell all of my friends about how bad their service is. So thats what Im doing. It obviously has affected them in some way because they took the comment feature off of their FB page so that people cannot write comments. Now I will continue to write reviews and let as many people know what CROOKS they are. If you are thinking about going here.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read all the yelp reviews.
