Horrible Sales Manager If Asad is handling your deal, DONT DO IT. He raised his voice, talked down to me to try to make me feel belittled , and they lost the deal for $500. We bought a BETTER model of the same vehicle , cheaper, that next day and it was worth the 90 minute drive from OC. The other location also offered us Dealer discounts HB wouldn’t honor (like Veterans/Law enforcement) Here’s what happened : We arrived to the HB lot ready to go at 5:15 because we spoke to the Internet sales person in advance as to what we were looking for. The salesman Yazan showed a couple cars to us. The process was about three hours and we discussed we had our own financing preapproval, and we were interested in a specific vehicle. At 8:30pm the salesman and us shook on the offer as he went back-and-forth inside the office to speak to the sales manager team. We went inside after agreeing on the price and terms, sat down at the sales person‘s desk, filled out the application. After about 30 minutes of sitting there, Asad (the terrible sales manager) comes out and tells me that he cannot do the deal UNLESS I buy GAP insurance, or an extended warranty and/or I finance it with dodge and not use my own financing saying I could just refinance it later Little did I know then , that’s it’s ILLEGAL to put those terms on a consumer like Asad did. When I explained that we spent three hours + there and came to an agreement that we shook on and I couldn’t believe that he was not going to honor the agreement, he was extremely rude stood up and spoke over me and rose his tone like he needed to be above me for this conversation to prove a point of inferiority. What a disappointment. The salesman looked at us and threw his hands up in the air in disbelief of his own management. Maybe they made their quota that day and didn’t care about us being repeat customers . I hope they find Asad a new home add a new facility behind a desk not dealing with customers because I will never do business with this company because of him again. I’m sure it’s not the first or last he will cause them a customer and likely a lawsuit. More
