I had a terrible experience at Huntington Beach Jeep. I recently purchased a 2021 gladiator from them, and within the 3 weeks I've had it, I discovered severe corrosion underneath the vehicle. When I too I recently purchased a 2021 gladiator from them, and within the 3 weeks I've had it, I discovered severe corrosion underneath the vehicle. When I took the car to a mechanic, I was shocked to find out that the corrosion had been there for a while and should have been disclosed before the sale. The dealership failed to mention this serious issue at any point during the transaction. I've been here already 3 times trying to get a resolution and I've just been going around in circles. It's clear they were trying to unload a damaged car without any transparency. I feel completely deceived, and I'm disgusted by their lack of honesty, to the point where the used car service manager didn't even care to hear me out. He couldn't even give me the peace of mind to leave it and offer me a loaner. He said "we don't do loaners for used cars." Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They clearly don't care about their customers or the condition of the cars they're selling. I should have known the moment i did not want to buy my first wrangler from here. This dealership is extremely unprofessional. They refuse to sell you a car unless you finance through their own high-interest bank, even if you offer to pay in cash.
