By far the worst experience l've had trying to purchase a vehicle. Started about 3 weeks to a month ago contacting them to purchase an 2019 Audi Etron. Being out of state was trying to reach a manager to mak vehicle. Started about 3 weeks to a month ago contacting them to purchase an 2019 Audi Etron. Being out of state was trying to reach a manager to make a concrete deal fly out next morning and get the car cash. Yesterday was the first time I spoke to a manager and the first thing he did was trying to sell me a $7500 add on package they add on at their dealer after multiple times declining with other sale associates. Was also told they won't sell me the car cash and would have to finance trough them. (Kyle) This dealer is a SCAM!!! Very unprofessional and they are in the business to screw customers. They don't call back when they say. It's a click bait. Don't waste your time. More
I walked around this lot and met someone named Kyle who greeted me kindly. He explained the offers and also helped guide me on the right direction and what to look out for when buying a car. Main part I re greeted me kindly. He explained the offers and also helped guide me on the right direction and what to look out for when buying a car. Main part I really liked was that he wasn’t too pushy as other car salesman can be. Thanks Kyle! I’ll be sure to stop by again. More
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Danny Mendoza and Art Gonzales. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending throughout the process. You would expect this kind of arrogance Mendoza and Art Gonzales. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending throughout the process. You would expect this kind of arrogance from a top luxury brand, but instead, it came from a dealership selling used vehicles at Dodge. To make matters worse, they tried to tack on nearly $7,000 in unnecessary add-ons to a used vehicle. In my opinion, this is deceptive and dishonest sales practice. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and saving yourself the frustration More
This company has owed my $30k for over two weeks. I sold them my car and they are dragging their feet paying me, meanwhile they are trying to sell the car. I sold them my car and they are dragging their feet paying me, meanwhile they are trying to sell the car. More
I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from this dealership. I had a decent experience at the dealership on the day pf purchase. The adver I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from this dealership. I had a decent experience at the dealership on the day pf purchase. The advertised price was not the sale price because of the addons. They added a KARR security system that I did not want. They did adjust the price down substantially on this system after I told them it was a deal breaker and I was leaving. My experience has been miserable since the my purchase. I wanted to pay cash and was told that I needed to finance it with Stellantis and that if I paid it off before the first payment was due that there would be no interest charged, this was a lie. When I paid it off 5 weeks after the purchase I paid an additional $300 in interest. I was also told that there was a 30 day warrantee on the entire vehicle. When I got it home and went tp program the Homelink the system didn't work. When I called the dealership to have this repaired Chris in used car service was very helpful, but did tell me that if I brought it in I would be charged for the repair. Calls to my salesman Juan and finance person Sam have gone unanswered. Although I have not had any other issues with the vehicle I regret purchasing it from HB Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM. I think that their deceptive tactics are part of their business model. Make the sale at all costs then ignore the customer when they try to address an issue after the sale. More

Untrustworthy and Poor Communication We recently had a very disappointing experience with HB while trying to purchase a used vehicle. We had been in touch with a salesman named Mike about a car we were a very disappointing experience with HB while trying to purchase a used vehicle. We had been in touch with a salesman named Mike about a car we were seriously interested in and were planning to pay cash for. Since we live several hours away, I called ahead to let him know we were on our way. He said, “Great, I’ll move it out, wash it, and charge it since you’re coming a long way.” When we arrived, none of that had been done. Still, we brushed it off thinking they might have been busy. We checked out the car and initially liked it, but when we started it, the A/C didn’t work. We checked the fuse—no issue there. We told the salesman we couldn’t buy the car if the A/C didn’t work. He suggested we do the paperwork and he’d include a due bill so we could pick the car up later after it was fixed. Instead, we offered a reasonable alternative: fix the A/C, and we’d return with cash to buy it. That’s when things went south. Mike said the price would go up because the broken A/C “wasn’t reflected in the ad.” I pointed out that the ad clearly said the car had A/C. We left. About 15 minutes later, a manager called to follow up and simply repeated what Mike had already said. I told my husband I was no longer comfortable buying the car, but he still liked it. The next day, I heard from two different managers—one by phone, the other by text. The one on the phone asked about the issue, and I explained our disappointment. He asked if we’d still be interested if it were fixed. I said yes, but he needed to call my husband. He said he would. The manager who texted also promised to call. Neither of them ever followed through. This experience left us feeling misled and undervalued as potential customers. Poor follow-through, unclear pricing, and broken promises are major red flags. I would not trust this dealership and would not recommend them to others. More
Dishonest Bait-and-Switch Tactics I called this Jeep dealership to inquire about a used car they had advertised. I was told over the phone that the vehicle was still available, so I made the trip to see dealership to inquire about a used car they had advertised. I was told over the phone that the vehicle was still available, so I made the trip to see it in person. When I arrived, I found out the car had actually been sold two days earlier. This was not just a one-off mistake—while I was there, I met other customers who were told the same thing about different vehicles. It's clear they’re using these ads just to lure people in and try to push other cars instead. This kind of dishonest practice is incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. If you're considering visiting this dealership, be very cautious and don't trust what they say over the phone. More
