Shady AF. Bought a 2023 Jeep JLU Sport with 35,000 miles on it. On my way home back to LA from the dealership, the front end started shaking so bad I had to Bought a 2023 Jeep JLU Sport with 35,000 miles on it. On my way home back to LA from the dealership, the front end started shaking so bad I had to pull over. I live an hour and 40 minutes from this dealership so I found a Jeep dealership closer to me to see what the deal was - I was not prepared for what they said… every front end suspension part needed to be replaced, ALL shocks were leaking, oil leak from engine AND a new steering box was needed!!! If I hadn’t had 400 miles left on the bumper to bumper, it would have cost me THOUSANDS! I have been trying to resolve this issue with them for a week now - they do NOT return phone calls - and one guy I did wind up talking to said they stand behind their vehicles being “safe” and the best they can do is sell me an extended warranty! Hahahahhahahahah!!! xxx??? Shop at your own risk, folks!!!! More

Just paid $160 round trip to come to this dealership for a bait and switch. They advertised a new Gladiator with $12k dealer discount off MSRP. I called and spoke to a salesperson and asked if that is the f a bait and switch. They advertised a new Gladiator with $12k dealer discount off MSRP. I called and spoke to a salesperson and asked if that is the final price and he confirmed the VIN# matched the dealer discounted price and said It just doesn't show tax title reg and dealer fees. I show up and I'm browsing the lot waiting for my salesperson to finish with another client and I see these stickers on all the cars for $7500 in paint protection, alarm system, fabric protection, forever start. And it hits me, I'm about to get scammed. I meet with my salesperson after 30 minutes and he starts writing down the numbers and everything seems correct except for one small addition. He added "+Accessories" after the total. I asked him if he could break down that the cost would be for that and what they are, and it was basically an extra $7500. I told him I dont want any of it and just want to pay the sale price advertised on cars.com and their dealer website. He takes it back to his manager and the manager comes out saying "Lets make a deal". I tell him “I dont think we can make a deal unless you remove the accessories”. He says “where can you meet me?” And I say “I can meet you all the way if you honor your $12k dealer discount advertised online and don’t charge me $7k for accessories I don’t need on a work truck that I will be abusing until it dies”. He slaps his calculator on the desk and punches some numbers and says "this is the best I can do". MSRP! I told him “you guys got me, 2 hour uber in traffic to get here and another hour back and a waist of my time, shame on you” and walked out. BUYER BEWARE. They run a bait and switch with their "Dealer discounts" and all their cars are sold for $7,500 over MSRP with the protection packages they refuse to remove. More
