Armando quoted the advertised price on the lot. As we returned from the test drive, Armando started to talk about features that had already been added to the used vehicle by the dealer $4,500.00 ab As we returned from the test drive, Armando started to talk about features that had already been added to the used vehicle by the dealer $4,500.00 above the advertised price. He explained that there was No Dealer Mark-Up just added beneficial equipment. I later found out that the advertised price required financing; the cash price was an additional $4,000 above the advertised price. The new price was now $8,500 above the advertized price. The dealership agreed to discount the add on price by $1,000 dollars if I agreed to buy an extended warranty. When I was getting into my car, Armando came out onto the lot and told me that his sales manager would waive the additional $4,000 for paying cash. Armando and his sales manager were both friendly and professional, I only wish that the disclaimers on their website were more transparent. I left frustrated and left my Verizon WiFi at the dealership. I was able to get the same vehicle, new not used, with the same trim for less money at another dealership. I can get a new Verizon WiFi. My advice to prospective buyers traveling from outside the area get all the information before visiting this dealership. More
