The posted price is not what they will sell for. Will add over $4,000 for "dealer additions" and will make you use their financial services to get a loan. Zero Stars. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your dealership on Mothers day 2023. I have been a loyal customer of you I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your dealership on Mothers day 2023. I have been a loyal customer of your company since 2013 and 2014, and I have always had an amazing experience. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke to the salesperson for a while and looked at a few vehicles that were similar to what I wanted. When we went inside to look for the ones I wanted to see, the salesperson stated that all vehicles have $4500 dollars in options. I said I would like the price that is on the website with no extras. He said “Okay but that is something that you would have to speak with the manager about, but let’s go check out the car.” When the first vehicle was delivered, it was parked in the back part of the lot hidden out of the way. The vehicle had several problems including scratches on the fender, driver’s door, passenger side quarter panel and a door ding on the driver’s side rear door. Although these problems could probably be fixed, I respectfully declined and asked to see another model. I had to wait again which can range between 30 to 40 minutes. Once the new one came it was still dirty inside and out but no scratches or dents. I took it for a test drive and was happy. When we went back inside for the numbers game, I was brought with more disappointment. The first round of numbers that came were 8% which both my wife and I are over 800 on our credit score with no issues. I told the salesperson that I am insulted by the price and would walk if they can’t do any better. After waiting a bit, then the manager came over and stated that he could get me at 6%, and again I said no. He gave me a xx line that you are getting a great deal on this car. I said I am expecting 4.5% or lower. I was laughed at and told times are tougher and no one gets those rates. I told him I was not happy and it does not work for me. He said let me see what else I can do for you. He left and came back with another offer with 75 months at 5% but I would have to add over $6k in warranties to lock in the loan. I said not again that really doesn’t work for me. He left and came back with a final offer of 5% no warranties but would have to pay his salesmen $200 CASH to get the deal. I said that sounds better but felt that was a strange ask to give his salesperson $200 cash, sounds very fraudulent to me, but if that’s all I need to do to get the sale done, fine. So he started showing me the numbers and the price of the vehicle was just over $4500 dollars more than what I calculated in my head. I noticed that the $4500 dollars in options is still on the invoice. I said hey I don’t want the add-ons which include GPS paint protection that is added to the exterior and another protection that is added to the interior, with a few other things as he tried to sell it to me. Like I stated above, the first vehicle that came out had scratches; therefore, I don’t think this protection works. So this doesn’t work for me and don’t want to pay $4500 dollars over the price on your website. However, when asked about removing these add-ons from my invoice, your staff informed me that there is no way to get this removed as all new and used vehicles have this added and installed on them. I hope you can understand my frustration with this situation as it has been very disappointing for me as a loyal customer of your company. I have since did some searching and found a few of the same vehicels starting at 30k with interest starting at 2.9% to 4.5%. Again I am not sure what happened to this company in the last 6 years but if they want to be on the up and up share the actual price that you are willing to sell the vehicle at. Dont give me the line that your company is losing money and this is the only way for us to make some of our money back on the cars we sell. Sounds like I am being baited to come to the dealership.
