I wish I could leave zero stars, go anywhere but to this dealership. They lie online about their prices, clear fraudulence as they add $7,500 to every listed price when you walk into the dealership. Their interpersonal skills, genuine care, and professionalism truly set them apart. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and painless. They worked diligently to find a vehicle that fit my budget and needs, never pressuring me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. Instead, they prioritized my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel valued every step of the way. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better place to purchase a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE: Dishonest Practices and Lack of Accountability I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with this dealership in hopes of helping others avoid the same mistakes. Accountability I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with this dealership in hopes of helping others avoid the same mistakes. When I initially brought in my Honda, I was told by the dealership -- specifically the manager -- that they would buy it at MMR value, which at the time was $23,500. The manager personally assured me of this offer in an effort to close the deal on a Jeep. Unfortunately, once the paperwork was signed, I discovered they only paid $17,300 for my trade-in. I take full responsibility for not confirming this in writing before finalizing the transaction, but the fact remains that I was misled. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased was advertised on the dealership's website and confirmed by the staff as a demo vehicle. I agreed to this, understanding it had not been previously owned or traded in. It was only after several visits to the service department -- due to ongoing transmission issues -- that I realized the vehicle was actually a used car. Staff repeatedly addressed me by another name, indicating that the car had a prior owner. Their Finance had also confirmed in November that it was a previously owned vehicle when I came in to cancel the warranty that I had no need for. To make matters worse, in November 2024 I visited the dealership to cancel several warranties. The finance representative assured me the cancellations would be submitted promptly. It is now May 2025, and I have yet to receive any refund or even a meaningful update. Each time I follow up, I'm told, "We'll check on the status," but no action has been taken. I gave this dealership multiple chances to make things right, but they have consistently failed to follow through or operate transparently. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business here. My trust has been completely broken, and I regret ever giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will also be contacting the BBB in regard to this matter. More
