October 2025 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I walked in with my own financing ready to go. The dealership tried to charge me a $750 “option contract” fee just to use my own financing, which felt like pressure to switch to their lender. To avoid the fee, I went with their lender. 10 days later, they sent me a formal letter stating they were canceling my contract and demanding I return the truck. Numerous emails and phone calls to finance we never returned. Days later, they emailed me saying they were still trying to finalize my financing and needed a check from my original lender. Their communication was inconsistent and confusing. In the end, I financed through their lender simply to end the chaos, not because it was my first choice. The lack of transparency, the surprise fee, and the conflicting messages made what should have been an exciting truck purchase stressful and frustrating. If you choose to buy here, be aware of unexpected fees and pushy financing tactics. Make sure everything is in writing before signing. More
Tried to start my brand-new Jeep on Sunday it wouldn’t start. I called the dealership several times with no answer. Finally reached someone named Greg, who was rude, unprofessional, and borderline discrim start. I called the dealership several times with no answer. When I gave him my Spanish name, he said he couldn’t understand me, called me “Juan,” and after I corrected him, he literally said “f*** this” and hung up. When I finally got help Monday, Anthony was respectful and actually tried to help the only person there who seemed to care. Everyone else acted like they just show up to collect a paycheck. The communication at this dealership is absolutely terrible no one knows what’s going on, and no one takes responsibility for anything. When I went to pick up my Jeep, the receptionist told me that if it wasn’t parked in the front, I’d have to walk around the entire lot or back area myself to find it because she had no idea where it was. Completely insane and beyond unprofessional. My Jeep had two faulty batteries with only 300 miles, and while that’s not their fault, the way they handled everything was an absolute disaster. Avoid this place they do not respect their customers, care about service, or deserve your business. More

THE WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I purchased a pre owned 2021 Gladiator in August of 2025. The car initially looked great, drove fine, so I sat down to talk numbers. **Complaint #1: I purchased a pre owned 2021 Gladiator in August of 2025. The car initially looked great, drove fine, so I sat down to talk numbers. **Complaint #1: They intentionally hid $4k in dealer add-ons. I was able to negotiate down to $2k, still not happy, but acceptable at the time. **Complaint #2: My loan check arrived well within my option agreement window, but the finance manager Robert left it on his desk until their lender loan kicked in, then returned the check to my lender. I had two identical auto loans under my name. Nightmare to sort out. They said I could still use my lender if I could get another check mailed within 48 hours, but that was impossible. I had to use their lender at a higher APR. **Complaint #3: they intentionally hid a “fire damage disclosure” among the hoards of paperwork they threw at me at rapid speed. Neither the Sales guy George, nor the finance guy Danny , nor the GM himself disclosed this to me verbally. They just hoped it would go unnoticed, which it did. Well done, weasels. **Lastly, I have called dozens of times and they are always unable to get a capable human on the phone for me. I’ve left countless messages for all the right people, but I never get a call back. Their response to all these negative reviews and complaints is to contact their GM, who I’m pretty sure does not exist. This place is the worst business in all of OC. I call a day before to drive 100 miles for nothing, asked for 3 cars availability and went to the dealership to check them out, the 1st car was ready but i did not wanted to change to an electric car the for 3 cars availability and went to the dealership to check them out, the 1st car was ready but i did not wanted to change to an electric car the 2nd car was on the Bodyshop the 3rd car there were unable to find the keys, the car was used and dirty almost 3 days after no response or call back from them. bad experience. I got the check mailed to them within 3 days, signed and certified by finance manager Robert Robert never processed the check, left it on his desk. After 7 days, their financing kicked in and I had two auto loans for identical values under my name. I called every day fir two weeks and was unable to get a capable human on the phone. I fin ally spoke to their Sr. Manager Jacob, and he said I needed to have BofA send another check within 48 hours, which was impossible. I got stuck with their lender at a higher APR. A bunch of scammers and weasels at this dealership. Don't waist your time here. Also... their dealer add-ons are NOT optional. Finance manager Danny pinned me for $4k of "optional" paint protection and security system. I walked out the door, they came to get me, and they lowered the price, but Danny assured me that I MUST purchase these extras as they are already installed. This dealership is full of scammers. The only reason I bought from them was the particular used vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. But the sales process was a NIGHTMARE. Can I leave a zero star??? More

By far the worst experience l've had trying to purchase a vehicle. Started about 3 weeks to a month ago contacting them to purchase an 2019 Audi Etron. Being out of state was trying to reach a manager to make a concrete deal fly out next morning and get the car cash. Yesterday was the first time I spoke to a manager and the first thing he did was trying to sell me a $7500 add on package they add on at their dealer after multiple times declining with other sale associates. Was also told they won't sell me the car cash and would have to finance trough them. (Kyle) This dealer is a SCAM!!! Very unprofessional and they are in the business to screw customers. They don't call back when they say. It's a click bait. Don't waste your time. More
