I Purchased a vehicle from Huntersville Ford it was actually a BMW that they had on their lot. Part of hunters Ford maintenance that’s complementary is oil changes and filters. I came to Huntersville Ford today to see about getting a oil change they informed me that it oil change was not needed but however my service light on my vehicle they could not figure out how to turn it off. And they will not be able to provide parts that I need for my vehicle for any other type of service. I ask what they consider paying the fee the maintenance warranty, Since they are on able to service my vehicle appropriately. Their response was no I asked him how am I supposed to get my service light off told me to take it to the BMW dealership which there I may be required to pay a fee. The personnel is very nice but I would not purchase a vehicle from here specially if it’s not ford!!! 12/11/19 after my review above, the general manager reach out to me right away, apologize and addressed all my concerns. Mr. Cowan reached out to their sister bmw company for assistance and was able to assure me that all service provided will best quality!!!! Thank you Huntersville Ford!!! More

Service Department I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Hun I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Huntersville Ford and immediately went to get a second opinion because the battery was only one year old. The battery was checked and it was determined that I DID NOT need a new battery. On a previous occasion, I went to the Service Department to get an oil change and filter. I was told that they topped off the fluids. However, I found out later that day that they did not. I went back and they did top of fluids, however, I had to return to get this done wasting my tiime. I will never go there again and recommend that you get second opinions before having service done there. More

Top Notch Dealership Recently I received a recall notice from Ford, Inc. I called Huntersville Ford and made an appointment to have the recall work done along with an oil Recently I received a recall notice from Ford, Inc. I called Huntersville Ford and made an appointment to have the recall work done along with an oil change and tire rotation. The letter from Ford said to plan on the work taking up to half a day. I am retired so this was not a big deal to me. The day of the appointment was rainy and nasty so I settled in the waiting area while the work was being done. I was very comfortable, the coffee was good and the atmosphere in the waiting area was cozy. I was there maybe one hour at the most and the service guy sought me out and said the work was already completed. I was surprised to say the least but happy that all the work was done. My truck was waiting right outside the service entrance door so I didn't even get wet. Huntersville Ford is a great place to do business. Kudos to the management there. More
