Shelton went above and beyond to prepare the vehicle for a test drive and ensured all of our questions were answered. Once it came time to do the paperwork, we were introduced to Ryan, the Finance manager. Ryan was SPECTACULAR. Totally up front with the financing piece and what we should expect with gap insurance and other details of the sale. Both these guys were honest and genuine. They really made the experience enjoyable - even though their football and baseball teams are questionable. :) overall the BEST car buying experience we have ever had.
