Excellent sales rep, in depth knowledge, superb support I just had the best experience in buying a new car. This is my 9th new car from several different dealers, but Huntersville Ford is the best in my mi I just had the best experience in buying a new car. I like their free 2 year maintenance and other after-purchase support; their sales rep - Shaun Grier - was enjoyable to work with. The finance support was good. And, I am a fan of the Ford Fusion Hybrid - my second! More

Ethan found out what my needs and wants were and found something that would work with my budget, plus some back up options too. He is well versed in the product and very patient. Ethan made sure that I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision that wasn’t right for me. Ryan worked with the numbers until we agreed on something that I was comfortable with and was calm cool and collected which helped me to be too! Huntersville Ford delivered on great customer service for me Saturday and I couldn’t be happier! More

New Truck Purchase Great dealership!!!!! Sales person was great and finance person was just wonderful. I made my deal over the phone which is rare. I was even trading Great dealership!!!!! Sales person was great and finance person was just wonderful. I made my deal over the phone which is rare. I was even trading a vehicle in. When I got there all of the paperwork was done. All I had to do is sign and drive. What a great experience. Plus, I get 2 years of free service and tire rotations. This is not done at any other dealer. I’ll definitely be back when I purchase again!!!!!! More
