Tom Hunter (President of the Hunter Auto Group) took the time to find us and respond (via a phone call) to this posting and was very cordial to my wife and apologized for the experience. They have many employees and the bad action of one does not seem to represent the dealership. Other postings (especially on the service department) are very favourable.
