I was very dissatisfied with the former service manager,to the extent of having my daughter go to another dealer,however, since dealing with Mr. Teter I am very pleased with the way he handled her manager,to the extent of having my daughter go to another dealer,however, since dealing with Mr. Teter I am very pleased with the way he handled her Volvo problems. We were stranded at the top of Beech Mtn in snow with a broken brake line on our Volvo XC90. Will Teters of Hunter Volvo Asheville was our hero. When no one else could/would tackle the job on a weekend, we had it towed via Volvo Roadside Assist to Hunter. Will creatively had the car ready on our way home on Monday. Not only did he put my anxious wife at ease, he allowed us to enjoy the rest of our ski weekend. He solved our problem by "thinking outside the box," and with his compassionate, "I didn't want to leave you stranded." The service was professional and efficient. Will is a real credit to the auto service industry, and Tom Hunter's customer service is exceptional! More

I live an hour away and was having issues with my car battery in my XC 60 2010. Upon meeting Will Teters, the service consultant, I was listened to and immediately offered a loaner for my drive back home. Will and the staff in Service addressed the problem in an efficient and positive way. Thank you for your welcoming manner making my experience so pleasant and I wish all of the Service team Happy Holidays. More
Kevin Brazanskas made our recent purchase of a 2012 Volvo XC-60 very comfortable. He was knowledgeable on all technical aspects of the vehicle, provided information on special incentives, helped us work thro XC-60 very comfortable. When we picked up our vehicle, he made sure we were fully capable of all technical functions, and even synched our cell phones for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the dealer. More

I am completely impressed with the service department at Hunter Volvo because they have always been professional, forthcoming with the needed repairs and cost, and have truly stood behind their product. I had a lock ignition switch that was reimbursed by Hunter Volvo despite my vehicle no longer being under warranty. Not only was the repair covered, my vehicle was repaired within 2 days as opposed to the expected 7-10 days. Hunter Volvo is truly impressive. More
Kevin was by far the most knowledgeble sales person that I have ever had. He knows Volvo's from top to bottom. Buying a new vehicle and trading in my used Volvo was fun and easy with low stress. I came in to get some work done on my volvo. I told him what was goin on with it. He rolled his eyes at me then said that i dont know what im talking about. He would have the techs tell him. So for a service manager to talk and treat people like this is unacceptable. Anyways it was about and hour later kevin came and talked to me. He told me what the techs have found. So i asked about about some of the issues and he said that i dont know what im talking about again. then laughed. Work got done the tech did a great job also the lady in the service area was friendly. but for the manager to act like that is not good for the shop. i will not be back if i have to deal with him again....
