Joe (internet manager) arranged for the transporting of my Volvo C30 to Denver Colorado which was not an easy task, However Joe kept me up to date and resolved all the issues that arised. Treated Like Dirt As they are part of the Hunter group of dealerships they had a nice 2 year old 2013 Hyundai Sonata for sale. The car required a $1,500 down payment an As they are part of the Hunter group of dealerships they had a nice 2 year old 2013 Hyundai Sonata for sale. The car required a $1,500 down payment and this was the first problem we had. They would not accept 15 crisp $100 bills. We had to go across town and pay for a cashiers check from our bank. Two weeks later we get a call saying that their bank would only finance us at a higher interest rate plus we had to buy an extended warranty for $1,200. We refused so they told us to bring the car back to them. I refused. They told me that I would have to wait 2 weeks for a refund of my $1,500 and have to take a cab home. I basically told the finance guy to screw his self and if they wanted the car to write the me a check and come get the car. Later that afternoon someone knocked on my door and when I answered it my salesman was there along with 2 cops. That pissed me off severely. I told the cops to go away as this was entirely a civil matter and not a criminal one. After the cops backed off I gave the keys to the salesman and told him that it would be in their best interest to get my money back in a hurry. It was mailed that night from their parent company. The next day we bought a brand new 2015 Sonata at a reputable Hyundai dealer for less per month than Hunter Volvo was telling us that the used Sonata was going to cost us, and the length of the loan was the same. It sounds to me like Hunter Volvo was going to sell the loan for a xxxx of a profit. Towards the end of this mess the finance guy shown below just got plain nasty with a lot of vulgar language. There is no way that I would ever consider using a dealer that resorts to filthy name calling when they realize that they have lost the sale. More

I recently purchased a 2013 C30 and needed a cargo net to keep the dog in the back seat. The Parts Manager for Hunter Volvo found the correct part that I needed, ordered it, and sent it to me via Fed Ex wit keep the dog in the back seat. The Parts Manager for Hunter Volvo found the correct part that I needed, ordered it, and sent it to me via Fed Ex within 2 days, getting it to me on a Saturday. This is fabulous service. Part of providing a reliable company with which to do business, is listening to the needs of the customer, and Vance is putting Hunter Volvo right at the top of the list of good people working for good local companies. I really appreciate him and his ability to make a happy customer! This is very important in today's world! Thank you, Vance! More
