Well it`s March 1, 2012 and all I have gotten is the ""RUN AROUND"" like a kid!! All I asked Chris Lewis is to trade even with me and for me to get a car with the same value as mine. I asked him if he was going to make money on this deal and he assured me that he wasn`t but that was an outright LIE. It`s been 2 months and nothing has been done except Chris trying to get me as he did to dsmith2009 on 2/16/2012 8:12:59 AM to go ahead and change my remarks to a positive so what do you think that means--that he is for sure ""NOT"" going to try to satisfy me. I have even called Tom Hunter and he refuses to return my calls. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HUNTER AUTO GROUP AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES---ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AT 828.524.4930--GEORGE GUION FRANKLIN, NC

I am sorry that you are still not happy, but it is unreasonable to expect us to not try to make money on your trade-in at the retail level when we would lose money if I sold it at the wholesale level. We are not dishonorable in any way and went far beyond what we normally do to try to make you happy. Please bring the Elantra back and pick up your Lincoln. I will unwind the deal at no additional charge to you and allow you to deal with another dealership.
