Took my car to hunter dodge and I was told that I needed a water pump so I okayed the work. I was told since I’m replacing the water pump I might is will do the trimming chain so I okayed that it cost me $1 a water pump so I okayed the work. I was told since I’m replacing the water pump I might is will do the trimming chain so I okayed that it cost me $1400 get my car home and all the coolant leaked out and I feel that I should have been told there was a 50/50 chance I will need to replace the radiator but no they didn’t tell me know it’s costing me more money. Is this what the dealer do just want to take ur money? And know they offering me a10% off that’s the coupon that they have online so it’s not nothing special. More

I'm in a brand new truck with 34 miles on it ran out of fuel on the way to the fill it up. The response from the dealership was I'm sorry send me the bill. The lost my key fob I only received one. Later replaced 30 days I do not recommend these salesman slash dealership More

I'm so glad that when we checked out Hunter Dodge again 10 years ago that it was no longer the case! They really did up the game in courtesy and service excellence, touching base with us on the maintenance of our '08 Caliber and '08 Chrysler 300 and clearly explaining whatever needs to be done to the cars. In particular, Leilani has been great to us over the years and has always ensured that our needs are taken cared of during our visits! It feels great to have excellent customer service while supporting a local dealer. More

Worst service in car dealer history Scheduled appt for safety recall and software update 2 months in advance. Supposed to take 3-5 hours to complete. 6 days later it was finally done.... Had charging issue which is under warranty, had to have vehicle towed. Told they would get to it in 2 days. It is now 5 days and the service person says it could take WEEKS to get to. More
