While the service manager was polite, I would not recommend your shop to anyone. There was a week wait just to get my car in. I thought there was a catalytic converter issue because the car was ru recommend your shop to anyone. There was a week wait just to get my car in. I thought there was a catalytic converter issue because the car was running extremely sluggish and there was a strong sulfur odor. The service manager called and said that the code only showed a spark plug issue. He said that all four plugs were cracked... at just over 35k miles. Knowing that plugs should be replaced around 80k miles, I questioned this. He said the factory plugs were likely defective which is concerning. The labor cost of $300 is outrageous to replace 4 plugs but I couldn't wait any longer to get my car fixed so I had to pay that. I won't use your service center again and I will be certain that my friends and colleagues are aware of my experience. More

We bought out 2019 RAM 3500 at Hunt Chrysler in Franklin, KY and I take it there for service even though it is 45 minutes from home. . I took it in for an oil change and a recall on the high pressure fuel pump today, 9/12/23. When I scheduled the appointment by phone, I asked how long it would take since I had a 1:00 art lesson (already paid for, no make ups) and he told me, “If you get it here by 8:00, we’ll have you out by 10:00.” I arrived at 7:30 and waited patiently until 11:00. Then I went to the service desk to see how things were coming along. My truck was in the shop but no one was working on it. The dark-haired guy at the service desk (not Cameron) walked back to check and came back saying it would be another 30 minutes. I waited another hour. At noon, I inquired again. Cameron at the service desk said, “Who told you it would be ready in 30 minutes? That fuel pump recall takes about 4 hours and then they have to test drive it.” My truck was finally finished at 3:00. My complaint is not with the work done. It is that I was told twice an inaccurate time. If I had known it took that long, I would have arranged to leave it overnight.
