Heather Kasmierski was excellent help. My appointment was for oil change and install new tires. My tires did not come in on the truck and I was notified by phone-via answering machine whic My appointment was for oil change and install new tires. My tires did not come in on the truck and I was notified by phone-via answering machine which I got after service hours. Service called again on the AM of my appointment. I advised them that I still wanted the oil change because it was overdue. As it turned out the appointment got previously canceled (I understand why-because originally I did not take an earlier appointment because I wanted to do both oil change and new tire install) Heather Kasmierski was excellent in fitting me in with little wait time AND they had in stock a Goodyear brand of tires that I originally looked at--so I did not have to make another appointment. To top off the day-Heather Kasmierski had saved my $10.00 off coupon from a previous appointment. WOW! and THANK YOU. More
