The service department is very disrespectful and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They lost my key and told me that I still had it, postponing when it would be ready by over a day. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They lost my key and told me that I still had it, postponing when it would be ready by over a day. They did my first diagnostic fee wrong because they didn't even check why the SRS light was on. I brought it back in to get the diagnostic of the SRS light because they agreed over the phone to do it for free because they lost my key and then the service manager said he didn't recall agreeing to that. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? This place is horrid and I would go out of my way to make sure no one did business here. More
