My husband and I went in to have the oil changed in my 2006 Accord. While we waited, we looked at a 2012 Honda Civic. This is when Kyle approached us and told us about the great deals they had going on for the 2012 models. So needless to say, we ended up leaving the 2006 Accord and left with a new 2012 Honda Civic. The dealership made me feel very comfortable. They were very accommodating of making a last minute schedule change and completed the work in a timely matter. Randy didn't pressure me into performing additional services. Grateful to have a children's area, but it was really dirty and not very welcoming for young ones. But I will be returning for more work. Hopefully they (like other honda dealerships) send out periodic coupons, since $40 for a simple oil change is a bit more than I usually pay. More

This was the worse dealership we have ever experienced. Although we told them the problem with our vehicle as diagnosed by our mechanic, they conned us into two unrelated fixes which cost us a lot of money Although we told them the problem with our vehicle as diagnosed by our mechanic, they conned us into two unrelated fixes which cost us a lot of money, before finally repairing the original problem. The service manager was terrible and would not stand behind the mistakes his mechanics made. I would not recommend this dealer or service department to anyone, and based on this experience, would not buy another Honda vehicle. I will continue to spread the word about Hughes Honda Service Department to help others prevent this type of experience to themselves. Use extreme caution when dealing with Hughes Honda!!! More

First trip was for oil change, was told by Becky that battery was bad, and not a Honda battery. Prior to retiring in Oct.2011, I drove about 40 to 50,000 miles a year and was in there very often. Since then I drive a lot less and have not been in for a while for service. It was very nice to have Stan remember me call me be name when I came in and take time to talk with me. It shows I am not just a customer, I am a person that they know. Your new rep Beckie was very helpful and pointed out that I needed new rear breaks and that my windshield wipers needed replacement. I appreciate being informed of these needs and will be back soon to have the brakes replaced. Windshield is a lot cleaner now. Thanks and keep up the good work. JIM GALEAZZO More
