Great service and honest people Yesterday I went to service my 2012 civic. I requested an oil change and the Salem plugs to be replaced. After a while Stan came out with to spark plu Yesterday I went to service my 2012 civic. I requested an oil change and the Salem plugs to be replaced. After a while Stan came out with to spark plugs, one looking like new and the other one looking burnt out He asked me when was the last time that I replaced the spark plugs. I replied never and asked if there was a problem. He was amazed that my spark plugs still liked like knew after 100K miles. He recommended to delay the replacement 75K miles after consulting with the mechanics. I was happy for saving some money, but even happier for the honest and professionalism displayed by the service department personnel. I recognize the fact that in this case a shady service department could have charge me the money without even replacing the spark plugs, as they were in excellent condition. This people is honest, which is very important in the vehicle business. More

Recall on Air Bag and Software Update The personal at the Dealership were Great and Very Friendly and work was Done on reasonable time. But unfortunately I had to Go back for the Software The personal at the Dealership were Great and Very Friendly and work was Done on reasonable time. But unfortunately I had to Go back for the Software Update another time but they went ahead and Change the Oil on the Car but I thought they will give a Break on the Price but it didn't happen since I have to come back another Week. Since I was locate in Cochran, I had to schedule another Appointment to Get the Electronic Software Update. The Work that has been done on the Car is Great and I do really Appreciate the Hard work that you Guys have done on it.....Keep up the Great work and God Bless More
Excellent Service Just took my CR-V in for a Multi-point Inspection and have my brakes checked before a road trip. Was helped by Mike Benboe. Overall, outstanding Service Dept experience at Hughes Honda I took my 2006 Odyssey EX-L for the Hughes Honda Minor Service Special ($59.95). This included a Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Check of all Fluid Levels I took my 2006 Odyssey EX-L for the Hughes Honda Minor Service Special ($59.95). This included a Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Check of all Fluid Levels, Inspection of: all lights, HVAC, Battery, and brakes. They adjusted the front and rear brakes, lubricated all doors and hinges, and conducted a Multi-point Vehicle Inspection. They did identify some follow on maintenance items (i.e. Drive Shaft CV Boots needs replacing - no surprise since i have over 140k mles). This all took about 1.5 hours (as estimated). Overall, I received great support from the following Service Dept Reps: -Stan Tydings (check-in); -Brittni Staples (check-out) I would definitely recommend Hughes Honda if you want dealership service. More

3 cars so far, and couldn't be happier! I love the fact that when I go in that multiple employees know who I am. Any dealership can sell you a car, but a good one will keep you coming back thanks to good customer service. I have gotten three cars from Hughes (all through Todd) and do all of my service through them (I can't think of a single time when Mike hasn't been there), and as long as I keep receiving such great customer service, I will continue doing business solely with them. Bottom line is not what is most important here, rather the horizon - long term customer relationships and service always produce better business in the long run! Todd and Chuck are the best!!! Crystal does a great job with quality assurance - they do use those surveys to improve themselves so fill those things out! More

I wasn't crazy about the idea of loosing my truck for a few days but the service department didn't hesitate on arranging a rental car for me and getting me on my way. That's all I could ask for. I understand vehicles break and at least they tried to make things right with me in a timely manner. I appreciated that. More
