Service Center Once again it was time to have our 2016 Honda Accord serviced. It was time for an oil change and we typically have our tires rotated at the same time. Driving the Accord the other day I noticed that when braking the steering wheel would shimmy. When I arrived at the dealership and I explained this action the very friendly Service Associate Lauretta told me that instead of paying for an alignment which may or may not be the problem I had the option to pay a small dollar amount to diagnose the problem and if indeed did require an alignment that the fee charged would be directly reduced from the total cost of an alignment. As in the past I found Hughes Honda to be very friendly, polite and informative. More
They fit me in last minute I live in Macon, although I spend time in Warner Robins for work. When the engine light on my car went on unexpectedly, and I couldn't get into the Macon dealer where I usually go for several days, the Warner Robins folks could fit me in when I was going to be nearby that day. When I got there, the check in was quick and clear, they kept me up to date on what was going on, and I was out in about an hour with a new sensor of some sort. I don't remember the service lady's name for sure (I think it was Crystal), but she was really nice and easy to work with. More

No charge req servs- recalls/ multi-point inspection visit I visited dealership recently to have ALL "no charge" required services-recalls and the multi-point inspection completed. I scheduled this service bec I visited dealership recently to have ALL "no charge" required services-recalls and the multi-point inspection completed. I scheduled this service because I wanted to see if having this done would bring forth the problem with the slight hesitation during acceleration while driving. I scheduled the service online with little to no problem. While scheduling the service, I thought of the quality of service I would get so close to closing on a saturday. I DID NOT mention the hesitation problem because of past experiences dealing with automotive service shops and learning from mistakes. With that being said, the little problem with scheduling service online was having to call to verify if my 2pm appointment was accepted because the website refreshed before I received confirmation of service. When calling, to confirm appointment the service representative who answered the phone at the time advised me that the appointment did show up in their computer however, they don't schedule any services so close to closing and she advised me to hold while she checked to see if it was ok. When she returned to phone, she advised that all was OK just be sure to be there at 2pm. All went well from that point until the end of service that day. I really appreciated Laureate S. GREAT customer service....greatly appreciated. I received my service receipt showing 4 services completed: #1 replaced passenger airbag inflator, #2 multi-point inspection, #3 replaced SRS unit and #4 replaced wiper insert...(requested this in person at dealership). After my visit, my multi-point inspection only listed that my battery terminals/ cables/ mounting's may require future attention; everything else checked ok at this time. Later after leaving dealership, I still had the slight hesitation at acceleration so I decided to visit the site today to possibly schedule something to check my battery performance and maybe another service. I logged in to my Honda service account and noted that I still have 3 required services that need to be completed that I had previously checked to have done on my last visit. I then reviewed my receipt and compared it to the required services and noted that they did not complete some of the services I had checked for them to do. In all, this is the reason behind my ratings. As far as me wondering if I would receive the same quality of service scheduling my appointment at the opening of business versus last appointment before close of business; I would have to say there is definitely a difference in the service. Why didn't I receive all the services I had originally checked to have completed? More

I love Hughes Honda! I've been into the dealership for service on two different problems this week--once for a nail in my tire and once for a dead battery. When I talked with Robert Christian about the strange noise my car was making when I tried to start it, he assured me that Hughes Honda would find a way to help me. Then he even the house while a neighbor was bumping me off just to make sure everything was OK. When I arrived at the dealership, obviously relieved, he took charge in a professional manner and the. Sent me on my way after the battery had been replaced. When I mentioned needing a new battery for the remote, he again solved my problem, took the remote, and brought it back with he. Artery already installed--I had to do absolutely nothing! WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! Oh, and I'd like to add that while I was there, another lady came in with a packaged battery for her remote and said she didn't know how to open the compartment. Crystal, who also works in the service department, showed her exactly how to open the remote and the. replaced the battery for her, the lady hadn't even purchased it at Hughes Honda. This dealership obviously makes customer satisfaction a high priority. I can't enough positive about Robert, Crystal, and the rest of the team. More
