The folks in the service department are always friendly and anxious to help me. They are quick to take down what I want done and to "get the ball rolling." The waiting room is serviceable and the wait time for my vehicle to be taken care of was really quick. The facility is also clean which mean a lot to me...I don't like a dirty environment. More

Mike Benboe, thanks for your exceptional assistantance! I had just gotten on the road headed to Atlanta for my wife’s birthday when my car’s engine light came on. Immediately, I headed to Hughes Honda. Mike I had just gotten on the road headed to Atlanta for my wife’s birthday when my car’s engine light came on. Immediately, I headed to Hughes Honda. Mike Benbow, my service attendant, promptly hooked my car up to a gadget and diagnosed my problem. Mike asked, “Did you just put gas in your car?” “yes!” I replied. “and did you pumped in more gas after the full limit gas pump automatic cut off?” Mike enquired. Again, I replied “Yes!” With a smile, Mike advised me not to go beyond the gas pump automatic shutoff limit when pumping gas. Hughes Honda mechanics reset my engine light and I was back on the road to Atlanta for my wife’s birthday. And oh, what a wonderful day it was for us. I brought my Honda in for its regular scheduled maintenance 2 days later. As usual, my service experience at Hughes Honda was excellent, unmatched, and went above and beyond my expectations. Quick starter repair I live in Charleston Sc, my wife was in Warner Robins on Military business when the starter on her car went out , I called the service department and I live in Charleston Sc, my wife was in Warner Robins on Military business when the starter on her car went out , I called the service department and spoke with Loreta before having the car towed to the service department .The tow truck drop the car off at hughes Service department , my wife went and picked up a rental car and before she made it back to the base , the serviced department had replaced the starter on my wife car literally the car was repaired and return to my wife in a few short hours.
