The people here treat you very nicely. Our car had much of the work done the day we took it in to be serviced. However, a part had to be ordered and our car was kept overnight. We were brought home and then picked up when the car was ready the next day. This was very helpful because we only have one driver due to medical reasons and we greatly appreciated this kindness.
