Always pleasant while racking up the charges. This is for my 3 year/15K mile check up. I feel Hughes Honda charged me nickel and dime for things that seemed gratis in previous years. How am I real This is for my 3 year/15K mile check up. I feel Hughes Honda charged me nickel and dime for things that seemed gratis in previous years. How am I really supposed to know that they did what they said they did? Nevertheless, the "shakedown" is very pleasant. I really have no idea on the "quality of work" rating. When I left my 2 year check-up, my A/C never seemed to cool down as before. I remarked about this and guess what? They can check it out for a couple hundred $. My original battery died the day of this check up. So, I'm responding to the total cost of the experience including the tow (not by Hughes. They can't be bothered to do that, too.) And get this... there are signs galore touting a $i29 battery with a 100 month guarantee, but not for me or my model. I'm charged $149 to replace the original Honda battery that only lasted 36 months. It kind of makes me wonder where I should replace my tires when that time comes. I want to believe that they do what they say, but I am now open to exploring other brands/dealers when that ultimate breakdown day comes. I can't stress enough that they are very nice about it. Nothing is honored, but my oil change. Otherwise, I just have to pay. And pay. Still, they are the nicest robbers. So sweet, they even followed up to beg me for a review. It was so nice, I could not help but follow up. More
