When I arrived I knew I needed a new timing belt but also had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem w had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem was before proceeding and gave the the final cost of everything before I gave them the approval. Got a text, email, and paper invoice of what was done to my van. It also included what else should be done in the future to upkeep repairs. When I went to get my van they went over the invoice and recommended repairs. I told them not right now and some I could do myself. They did not pressure me to have the repairs done like most shops. They just let me know that they are available if I wanted to use them to have the repairs done. Even had a new key made and it was done within the hour. Definitely will be going back. More
