The advisor was very thorough and helpful. He found an issue that was missed and corrected quickly. The shuttle was a great asset as well. Droped vehicle off to get noise issue diagnosed. Two days later was told by service writer that mechanic worked on skidplate what ever made adjustments and problem was resolved. I put vehicle on jack stands it was driveshaft- propeller shaft bearing. mechanic needs more training he just isn't ready to be a tech . More
