Droped vehicle off to get noise issue diagnosed. Two days later was told by service writer that mechanic worked on skidplate what ever made adjustments and problem was resolved. Yesterday I brought my wife’s Pilot in for service which was covered under warranty by Honda Corporation. Ronnell(spell check) was super friendly and the issue was resolved. Some dealerships will get you was covered under warranty by Honda Corporation. Ronnell(spell check) was super friendly and the issue was resolved.
