Upon arrival at Hughes Honda I met with Allen Kennedy. I told Allen what I was interested in and what my range was. I origionaly went to the dealership to look at a Civic SI and get some prices. I ended up leaving with a Lease on a 2012 Accord Coupe EXL. I traded in my 2003 Suburban Z71 towards this new vehicle. there were a few times that I got frustrated with the process there between dealing with the salesman and the GOD desk where all the magic happens. Overall I got an ok deal on the new Accord but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. As for Allen he did a great job with the Lease and I am completely satisified with the service he provided. Hughes Honda has TV commercials on that state get a 2012 Accord for $149 a month but that is not true. My Accord came it at about $31000. There is no way they were going to let me leave there with a payment under $400. This just goes to show you there is no truth in advertising. (Read the fine print) Overall I am satisified with Hughes Honda and my new vehicle. More
I just bought a Honda about a month ago from Hughes Honda in Warner Robins. We had the best experience! He made sure everything was taken care of for us. He even helped me take the new car home since I wasn't trading one in. Allen also made me feel comfortable during the negotiation process which is not something I enjoy. I walked away feeling really good about the deal I got on my Honda. The only problem I had was the final wait between purchase and signing--almost an hour. However, it was because the car I purchased was found to have a paint flaw, and T. I talked with TJ Medina over the phone about 1.5 years ago about a purchasing a Honda Fit. I wasn,t ready to buy at the time we talked and was thankful that TJ wasn,t a high pressure salesman. However; he was very confident and reassuring that Hughes Honda could do business with me. I shared with him my concerns of why I'm wasn't as cofident about getting approved as he. He gave me step by step pointers on how to get that confidence and invited in for a visit later on down the line. He really put forth alot of effort to make me feel comfortable. On 11-22-11, my wife sent me to the grocery store to get some tomatoes. Hughes Honda is located just a few doors down so i decided, "what the heck, I'll just go by and meet TJ and let him know I'm still interested. Right away he treated me like family as did the entire staff. As mentioned before, i wasn't pressured but I felt so confident (because I followed those tips given by TJ) in myself that i had actually begun the buying process with very little thought. The only thing left to do was aswer "yes" when TJ asked, "are you ready". Hughes Honda went out of their way to make this deal happen. (you see congress, it's not that hard, c'mon!) Making phonecalls to the person on top at their lenders, even shaving some numbers from the price of the car. I drove out of there in a new Honda Fit and saved a ton of cash because i never did buy those tomatoes. :-) More

We visited Hughes Honda over 3 months and each time, TJ was there with a smile and answers to our questions. The one time TJ was off, his associate Rodney assisted us in the same manner showing us that th was there with a smile and answers to our questions. He did a fantastic job getting us into the vehicle and price range we discussed. He was so attentive through the entire process from walking around the lot to showing us the dealership and introducing us to parts/service along with finance. He was really a joy to work with. Everyone in the dealership was super friendly and we enjoyed working with everyone. After everything was signed Todd took an abundance of time making sure we understood how all of the car features worked and we were comfortable with everything.
