Prior to retiring in Oct.2011, I drove about 40 to 50,000 miles a year and was in there very often. Since then I drive a lot less and have not been in for a while for service. It was very nice to have Stan remember me call me be name when I came in and take time to talk with me. It shows I am not just a customer, I am a person that they know. Your new rep Beckie was very helpful and pointed out that I needed new rear breaks and that my windshield wipers needed replacement. I appreciate being informed of these needs and will be back soon to have the brakes replaced. Windshield is a lot cleaner now. Thanks and keep up the good work. JIM GALEAZZO More
Was not pleased on last visit. Ref my 2010 Insight. Prev visit for service w/20K miles on car recd "all green" which (on paper) included tire rotation. 5K miles later told front tires very worn..told b Prev visit for service w/20K miles on car recd "all green" which (on paper) included tire rotation. 5K miles later told front tires very worn..told by svc mgr must be something I hit or didn't put enough air in tires or out of alignment..although when light come on take to Honda for air (thanks for that)..told I could get a "deal" on tires if needed..alignment machine broken so told to call back in 3 weeks...came back...alignment fine so why are tires so bad? Svc mgr on phone when I returned; saw me...I stood back so not to bother, waited about 10 min..went to showroom to walk around; checked back, he was talking to a man...again stood back to wait my turn...briefly talked to svc rep (all this within about 6 feet of counter)...svc mgr then got up with no eye contact and left area. Then asked svc rep about "deal" for tires...best thing was that tires were now on sale...however, sale price on Dunlop was $60 more than other stores in town and not even on sale! Not sure if true, but was told that Honda probably got deal from tire company and initial tires not as good....seems reasonable since how can tire w/25K miles be so worn? I am in contact w/another company to purchase Yokahoma? tires...am usually happy with your service...note that I also purchased a 2011 CRV from Hughes. Hopefully, this is isolated incident. I am very pleased with my experience. Todd began helping me get into the best car for me back in July 2011 when I first stepped foot in Hughes Honda. I was not ready to buy at that time, but told him I woul me get into the best car for me back in July 2011 when I first stepped foot in Hughes Honda. I was not ready to buy at that time, but told him I would be back when I was ready. Todd called me twice during that 6 months, but was never pushy or overbearing. He was simply letting me know that he would work with me when I was ready to purchase. I did go back and did purchase a used Honda Accord. Todd basically held my hand throughout the entire process. He was very nice, informative and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant. Based on this experience and working with Todd, I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends! More

In the 25 years of buying cars, this was the best experience I have ever had. You couldn't ask for a better salesman than Allen Kennedy. I explained what I wanted and Mr Kennedy brought an Accord up experience I have ever had. You couldn't ask for a better salesman than Allen Kennedy. I explained what I wanted and Mr Kennedy brought an Accord up to test drive. Then I took it home for my wife to drive and she fell in love with it. Went back and Todd Keene finished the deal for Mr Kennedy. Two of the best salemans I have ever dealt with. A no pressure sale!! The easiest purchase I have ever made. When it is time, I will definitely be back to buy another car from Mr Kennedy or Mr Keene. I recommend Hughes Honda to ever one. More
