My husband and I were shopping for a car, but were not really set on one particular style. After work one afternoon, we decided to stop by Hughes Honda to just "take a look." We were not immediately confronted when we arrived, which I liked because we were able to walk around and discuss things among ourselves. We decided to look at a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and asked for a salesperson. Kyle Tubbs was our salesperson and he gave us such a great tutorial during our test dive, I felt like we knew everything there was to know abou the car. Kyle owns an Accord Sport as well and was able to share his experiences with us. The prices came together and before we knew it, we were headed home in our new car. We had a great car buying experience and a great salesperson. We will recommend to all of our friends for sure! Thank you Hughes Honda!! More
I went to Hughes Honda just to "look" around for a vehicle that offered me better gas mileage than the Tahoe that I currently drive. I drive over a 1000 miles per month for work and the gas pric for a vehicle that offered me better gas mileage than the Tahoe that I currently drive. I drive over a 1000 miles per month for work and the gas prices were hurting me in such a big vehicle. I had all intentions of checking around at other dealerships to compare models. As soon as I pulled up, Eric McEntire met my father and me in the parking lot. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a 2013 Honda Civic. He went through every aspect of the vehicle inside and out with great detail. After test driving the car, I was ready to talk numbers. I still had it in my mind not to buy that day...I was still looking. However, Eric worked with me and after showing me some figures and explaining the warranties I would receive with this vehicle, I couldn't pass the deal up. He also explained to me how much gas mileage I would get in a much smaller car compared to my Tahoe. What impressed me more than anything was the customer service I received from Eric and other employees. He took his time with me and went over everything in such detail that I knew exactly what I was getting. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. He was respectful, kind, and never once pressured me into buying the car. After pulling off of the lot in my new Civic, I was proud of the choice I made and that Eric was my salesperson. Two days later Eric called just to check on me and make sure I didn't have any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend Hughes Honda, but I especially recommend Eric McEntire as a salesperson. This was a very painless process. I drove from Atlanta to WR to purchase a used vehicle. I called ahead of time and spoke to Jamar who was the nicest young man. He went above and beyond by phoning after he left work to make sure that everything went smooth while we were there. He assured me someone would be ready for us when we arrived. We had the pleasure of working with Buddy Dy who was a very patient and easy to work with salesman and easy to ask questions. We felt very comfortable with him and never felt haggled or pressured. Mr. Wood also made us feel very welcome and appreciative of our business. The overall dealership was very professional and pleasant. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this dealership to others. More
Purchasing a new vehicle was not something I looked forward to doing, but from the moment Kyle walked up to me and my son in the parking lot I realized I had a nice and friendly salesman. He made a stressful task a lot easier to get accomplished. He answered all of my questions and some that I even asked twice. He took time and didn't rush my decision. He also included my son in our conversations. When it became time to fill out the paperwork for the purchase the Financial Manager explained each form before I had to sign and I felt confident when he answered my questions. Before driving out of the parking lot Kyle went over each feature of my new vehicle and helped me program the handsfree items. Each member of Hughes Honda I did business with in the purchase of a new vehicle was friendly and helped make a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Hughes Honda thank you. More

My family was interested in trading our 2004 GMC Envoy with 149,000 miles. We had started asking for quotes through www.cars.com. We continued to contact Saturday. We were traveling through Warner Robins on family business and decided to stop in and test drive a Honda Odyssey. After visiting www.truecar.com, we were able to see what people had bought the cars at this dealership in the past 6 months. We saw that in the past 6 months one person had paid for a Honda EXL Odyssey at 11.5% below MSRP. My family wanted 12% below. We gave our number and they were very helpful. While we were there, our oldest child developed a fever, and they got her drinks and were patient while we got her medicine and finished paperwork. The whole family is very pleased with our purchase and with our salesman Eric. More

I came in for service for my 2010 Honda Accord. I noticed the signs showing the exchange program so I inquired about it. I spoke with Marlon Bussey who wrote down my information and called me as soon as I got back to work. He asked a few questions and told me he would work on looking for me a new 2013 Honda Accord. I met with him at 5:30 that afternoon. He was very pleasant and explained all the features on the new car. We then went inside to look at the numbers. I had been told earlier that morning the exchange program would help me to move into a newer vehicle with the same payment or maybe lower. This was interesting to me since I had been wanting to get another Honda. At first the gentlemen Marlon was working with came back with some figures that were about $100 more per month that what I was paying. I told him I could not go any higher on the payments. I had also had my pay cut earlier last year quite a bit due to budget cuts. I only have one income. The gentlemen then walked away and came back with a payment that was only a few dollars more than what I was currently paying per month with a low interest rate due to the fact my credit was excellant. This was a surprise to me and I decided to take the deal. Marlon worked on getting the necessary paperwork completed and handled getting the rest of the history information completed. I was very impressed with this young man. He did not bug me nor try to hassle me into something I couldn't afford. This was quite different from my experience in 2010 when I bought a Honda from this dealership. I had to hassle with the salesman and the credit manager for hours and still didn't receive a good deal at the time. I had a pleasant buying experience and never expected to walk out with a new white Honda. I love the look of it and I know I will like the performance.
