Got to give a "shout out" to Bon Scott Oaks of Hughes Honda in Warner Robins!! This guy was awesome!! He was the most knowledgeable. Most PATIENT!! He was NOT AGGRESSIVE. When I requested info from him, he was responsive. I found that the majority of salesmen, although wanting to badly sell a car, were not quite as attentive or even knowledgeable. I knew more about some of the vehicles than they did. Scary!! Bon even engaged my BFF and me while test-driving as silly as we are when we are together. This has been the easiest and most seamless car purchase that I have ever completed! After showing me a few cars I finally found a car that was perfect for me; I decided to buy a Honda sport. During the paperwork process Eric helped negotiate prices and continued to work with my needs. Because I wasn't planning on buying,I didn't bring my leased car to the dealership. So Eric even volunteered to drive to my house and pick up my vehicle so I wouldn't have to drive back into town. Overall, my experience at Hughes Honda was excellent. Eric's customer service went above and beyond my expectations and I am more than pleased with my new car. More
