Personable, Professional, Pressureless car dealer I stopped by Hughes Honda in W.R. this afternoon on a tight schedule. I had done my research from Consumer Reports and had about a half dozen key ques I stopped by Hughes Honda in W.R. this afternoon on a tight schedule. I had done my research from Consumer Reports and had about a half dozen key questions to be answered and the goal of getting a feel, by sitting behind the wheel, of two sedans, the Accord LX and the Civic. I was greeted by the salesperson Todd and was able to get my questions answered directly and competently, in a focused and friendly manner, sans pressure, and left within a half hour feeling very contented I had narrowed my search for a new car and buying time frame substantially. I attribute these outcomes to the personable,professional and pressureless modus operandi of the aforementioned car dealer. More

Poor customer service I went to Hughes Honda to purchase a car I saw on the Internet. I made an appointment with Melanie and Joseph Scarsborough was the sales employee I wo I went to Hughes Honda to purchase a car I saw on the Internet. I made an appointment with Melanie and Joseph Scarsborough was the sales employee I worked with. He was quite rude and pushy and was not willing to negotiate price. He tried to add a warranty package that he didn't first ask me about it and had the wrong price on the sales slip. Wouldn't buy from them again. Melanie was great though and was very helpful on the phone. More
