He was extremely polite and made sure both my husband and I were pleased with his service and that my daughter was comfortable with her new civic. I will say after I spoke on the phone with Jose, and then met with him and Acosta the following day, my outlook on customer service and purchasing a vehicle changed. I was amazed how Acosta took so much time showing my daughter everything on her new civic. He made sure we had no questions he left unanswered.
