DON'T GO THERE!! They told me I needed my power steering fluid drained, flushed and replaced ($130) because it was dark and should be pink. I did not have it done. I called another Honda dealer and they fi fluid drained, flushed and replaced ($130) because it was dark and should be pink. I did not have it done. I called another Honda dealer and they first ask me what problems I was having (none) and they said for a Honda the power steering fluid is dark - it would be pink in other makes of vechles and that if I did need it changed it should only cost around $69. Now to add insult to injury my "maint req'd" warning light is on because they did not reset it. No biggie - just one more thing to annoy me. Now they keep calling me and sending me e-mails to trade my car with them. NOT HAPPENING!! More

After reading about causes of light, and reading other reviews online, I was preparing for worst. Too my suprise, the service department went out of their way to be friendly and noticed that the engine needed a software update. They applied update and returned car with NO CHARGE. The service was processed quickly. Best ever service I have had with a car dealer. More
The service department is very disrespectful and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They lost my key and told me that I still had it, postponing when it would be ready by over a day. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They lost my key and told me that I still had it, postponing when it would be ready by over a day. They did my first diagnostic fee wrong because they didn't even check why the SRS light was on. I brought it back in to get the diagnostic of the SRS light because they agreed over the phone to do it for free because they lost my key and then the service manager said he didn't recall agreeing to that. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? This place is horrid and I would go out of my way to make sure no one did business here. More
I am new to Warner Robins having been transferred to Robins AFB. I needed a new car and wanted a Honda so I asked some co-workers and they directed me to Hughes Honda. I dealt with a older fellow who sa Robins AFB. I needed a new car and wanted a Honda so I asked some co-workers and they directed me to Hughes Honda. I dealt with a older fellow who said he was a manager and apologized that all the regular sales people were busy due to it being a very busy Saturday. But he said that he would be glad to assist me personally. I have to say that this turned out to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a price very fast. I had already done some homework and knew right away that he was being very fair. I did the paperwork and was out of the door in my new Honda within an hour. Like I said, this was the best experience ever for me and would not hesitate to recommend Hughes Honda to anyone. I hope their service department is equally as good. More
I went to this dealership looking to get the best trade-in offer for my SUV. After several bait and switch offers presented to me by the sales manager that I swiftly corrected them on we finally set trade-in offer for my SUV. After several bait and switch offers presented to me by the sales manager that I swiftly corrected them on we finally settled on a trade-in price. The next day another dealership offered $4000 more for my trade-in with the same incentives as Hughes Honda. I called Hughes and gave them a chance to match the other dealership. Instead of offering to match the other dealership or stating they couldn't they started insulting me and stating that the other company is crap and I'm an unethical person for trying to back out of the deal. Also, the GM himself stated that the car I priced is worthless and thats the only reason I got $4000 more for my trade-in. I very sincerely DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Stay away! Drive up to Macon.. More
