The sales associate I dealt with (TJ), was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I was looking for a mid-size vehicle(new) and unfortunately the price for the vehicle was out of my ran and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Had to take wife's CR-V in for routine 22,500 mile service, told of a required computer update. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes extra while I waited. I was back on the road in 50 minutes afte service, told of a required computer update. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes extra while I waited. Only bad thing was that I had to stop in and have a doughnut on the way to work because I told the boss I would be in late. More
