Generally speaking, purchasing a vehicle is about as miserable as having a tooth pulled. Allen's expertise and knowledge of the vehicle made the buying experience much less stressful. I saw a car on the dealers website, the price shown is beside a box of options including , "Additional Savings" and "Make An Offer". The price is also about 2k over book value. I call and ask what they ad beside a box of options including , "Additional Savings" and "Make An Offer". The price is also about 2k over book value. I call and ask what they add on to a price after they make a deal, I'm not complaining about this, all dealers do it, just checking the amount, Tax + Tag + $599. I get a pleasant young lady on the phone who tells me they still have the car and wants to know when I'd like to see it, I tell her it's about a 45 minute trip and we're coming now, she says she'll have the car pulled up and to ask for her when we arrive. When we get there a salesman pounces on our car, we tell him who we came to see and he goes away for a bit, comes back and tells us he will take care of us, the lady on the phone went home early, and starts asking us questions, I stop him, I want to see the car before you get my life history and blood type, "well ok, but we're supposed to do it this way" we look at the car, it's fine, wife likes it well enough. Come back in to talk price, and there is no talking, here's your total-period. With a website that gives no hint of a fixed price "No Haggle" deal, that leads you to think there is bargaining to be done. No discussion of car price on the phone. You got me here and you wont even talk about price? The price is negotiable too, he called me while I was writing this reveiew "to see if we could get a little closer to your price" 2 days later. You wasted my time and gas! I wouldn't come back for 2k under book value. Hindsight is 20/20 When I called the Sales phone number and got a multi-layered menu before I got a person. I should have walked away. When I talked to a person on the phone who would "pull the car up" and to "ask for her", who was not there(ever?), and the car was 200 yards away in the far corner of the lot. I should have walked away. When they wanted my email address before I see the car. I should have walked away. And just so you know, we went to buy the car. assuming it looked and drove good, and it did. We had transferred money out of savings so we could pay for it, and were ready to pay a fair price. We may not have agreed on a price with an honest dealer who didn't play games, but no hard feelings, if we try and make a deal, and just can't get there. But Hughes Honda is playing games and wasted my time. More

Mike was efficient, friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and provided us with additional information about pending service maintenance. We were very impressed and happy to be answered all of our questions and provided us with additional information about pending service maintenance. We were very impressed and happy to be able to plan for our budget in the upcoming months. As seniors on a limited income knowing future expenses is very helpful. If Mike is new to your company, he is a great addition. More
