Laid Back & Easy Went in on a Friday afternoon, They were very busy and were working very hard. There was slight damage to the side of my car that looked like it was from a test drive and they agreed to be gracious enough to fix the damage which was the ultimate selling point for me to buy the car. Horrible experience. Unprofessional sales rep I drove to this place from boston and was approach by a sales rep later to find out his name was Joe Odonnell known as big joe. Unprofessional, he ask if i was there to buy that same day within minutes of talking. Are you kidding me! My answer was maybe and he looked at me like i was weird which made me feel uncomfortable. The sales rep Joe didn't answer the few questions I asked and seem like he didn't want to assist me. Later that same afternoon I bought a Jetta elsewhere at a another dealership and wrote a check for $13500. I felt like i was treated this way because who i was. I tried reaching a manager to explain my experience before writing a review and was told there is no manager just the owner. Left a message for the owner to call back and didn't get one. I will not visit this place again even if they was giving away cars!! More
