Above and beyond I worked with David Harrison on my visit to Huffines Hyundai McKinney. I was referred to him by a friend so I had called ahead of time to let him kno I worked with David Harrison on my visit to Huffines Hyundai McKinney. I was referred to him by a friend so I had called ahead of time to let him know what I was looking for. He had 2 vehicles already pulled up for us when we showed up and we basically fell in love with the first one he showed us. It had all the features we wanted and much more than we expected. David knew exactly how to explain all the benefits of our Santa Fe and made the test drive entertaining (albeit nail-biting...in a good way) as we tested the limits of the vehicle. This was not a high-pressure sales experience and I never felt pressured throughout the process as he answered all our questions and concerns. He helped us get what we wanted and made the whole experience seamless through financing and delivery. Although the dealership wasn't able to offer what we wanted for our trade-in, David helped us find a buyer for our old car - he truly went above and beyond the call of duty and has gained a customer for life. I share my experience whenever I have the opportunity. No buyer's remorse on this one as it truly was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. More
