My wife and I live in McKinney, Texas. We were very unhappy with how we have been treated by the Service Centers at the McKinney and Frisco Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships there so so We were very unhappy with how we have been treated by the Service Centers at the McKinney and Frisco Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships there so some time ago we decided to try the Huffines Service Center which is much less convenient. My wife and I both agree, Huffines Service Center is hands down more personable, professional and trust worthy than the local Service Centers I have mentioned. It is all about trust! Many such as myself will search and learn about an issue I may be having before I bring my vehicle in for service. Means that I walk in knowing something about the problem and pretty much what to expect. Your man Jason Potash is a great guy to work with. I know he is being honest with me and my wife also feels that way. We will continue to bring in our vehicle because you have employees like Jason. Very knowledgeable and honest. Thats all I really ask for. More

I had a rough start initially due to a miscommunication with one of the sales people. but the manager called me the next day and they made it right. I ended up working with Ruben and had the best experien with one of the sales people. but the manager called me the next day and they made it right. I ended up working with Ruben and had the best experience buying a car that I've ever had. I communicated the deal that I needed and he made it happen. He sent over all meaning I didn't have to spend days negotiating or waste time at the dealership. What they sent over is what I got, no surprised when I came into the dealership. The actual buying process was quick and straightforward. They did a great job changing my experience and opinion from very negative to extremely positive. I'll certainly be looking at Huffines next time I need to buy a car. More
