He is knowledgable, he knew his product and made recommendations based on our expectations on our intended use of our vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured into a purchase. Once we decided on options/features and color, Mr. Bolding quickly located vans for us to consider and we selected the deep cherry red color. Not only do we love it, but our grandchildren are really enthralled with all the features when I pick them up at school. There is room for kids, backpacks, violins, etc. The van is a perfect fit for us. Mr. Bolding works to find the car for us and is not a high pressure salesman--just totally knowledgeable.
