LOW BALLERS AND LIARS! The experience with Huffines has been a horrific one for me. First, they sent me a way low-ball trade-in value that was over $10,000 below blue book value. When I called them out on it, the manager spoke with me and said they had made a mistake. Well, I took them at their word on that and continued, even though it was a red flag. My initial salesman was so demeaning and rude I had to request another one. I told them from the BEGINNING that I had an issue with my tag. From the first salesman to the manager, I told them of this right off. They checked everything and assured me it could be handled. That was a week before my going down there. Again, BEFORE I took the 4 hour round trip, I called and texted to make sure all was in order and a go. The manager assured me it was. I get there and the finance manager, Stewart (who was completely wonderful and professional) told me there was a problem and he hadn't been told of the issue before I came. This is unacceptable because I did my due diligence BEFORE I made the trip. Also, now my credit has been ran by them and has a hit on it for nothing. I made very sure the car and terms were what I wanted before I took a hit with an inquiry. I was led away by get them in the door tactics when they should have instead been making sure things "were a go" like they said. The tag issue is my fault, but them not making sure it was something that could be taken care of before I cam is their fault. From start to finish they have lied along the way. Today has been two days and not one soul from that business has called to try to make it right, offer me a way, or even pay for my gas that THEY wasted, not counting my time. And if the business gets on here and puts some lame PR about blah blah blah I will edit my post to include every screenshot of all conversations showing what I am talking about, including the low ball scam of an offer they attempted to make on my trade in. The manager even admitted to me on the phone that this was their mistake. This was a vehicle that I wanted to buy, this isn't a post of a passerby shopper, I fully wanted to purchase the vehicle. BEWARE of them, they will lie lie and lie some more just to get you into the door. Pay attention to the reviews, I did. Stewart and the gentleman who waited that night, I will be sending them a gift card to thank them for their time. I value their time more than this company valued mine. Again, they did not call to so much as apologize or try to make this situation right. BEWARE! More

After a nightmare experience at Carmax & Shottenkirk, I was about to give up on finding the Jeep I wanted locally. I made an appt with Malcome Johnson and that made all the difference. He had it waiting up front for me to test drive when I pulled up and I loved it! He even let me take it to my mechanic to look it over without batting an eyelash. He answered all my questions with zero pushy tactics and zero dealers hidden fees nonsense. I walked out with a fully detailed Jeep and he even added free floormats, filled the gas tank and delivered it to my home free of charge.. Since then I've contacted him a few times to ask about accessories and add-ons and his after-the-sale attitude was just as good as before the sale. I recently had my car serviced with huffines in plano they did a great job fixing my car, they fixed my AC, I have a full maintenance package and it covered all charges minus the deductible, the warranty they did a great job fixing my car, they fixed my AC, I have a full maintenance package and it covered all charges minus the deductible, the warranty also covers car rental, they took me to Enterprise up the street, i ad the car for a few days and returned it on a full tank, i have the gas receipt to prove it, ENTRERPRISE OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A GAS CHARGE, i called them twice and they haven't returned my call, i explained to both of the agents the car was returned on a full tank i have gas receipt from that morning, to prove it, and they haven't return the overcharge. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE ON PLANO PARKWAY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! More

Worst sales team I have ever dealt with. I met with Gary Kettering who seemed to be a really nice and honest guy up until it came down to talking price. I told them I was going to shop around and find a better deal and left. Not even 2 hours later I found a much better deal out in fort worth. I gave them the opportunity to match the deal but they were a firm NO. If you want a GREAT DEAL, DON'T GO HERE! I recommend AutoNation in FortWorth. It's the end of the year so you would think they would be more willing to make a deal. More
