This is a follow up of my post this morning September 7th. I spoke to Chris Kite 3 times this morning, during our conversation he referred to me as bud, at first he said the part would not be in until th 7th. I explained that may vacation starts the 10th and I was going out of town. He managed to come up with part (amazing) and assured me my Jeep would be reedy after 3pm. Later this morning I spoke to his manager Scott Spindle who blamed the delay on availability of parts indicating it was not their fault and assured me my Jeep would be ready @ 5pm. In addition Scott Spindle tried to get me to modify my negative post. Not only has the service been unacceptable I feel disrespected. More

Ask for Lisa LaVarta! She's amazing. Though she is in sales, she has shown she cares about people. We didn't, unfortunately, buy at this dealership, yet she has shown us she cares about our service issue sales, she has shown she cares about people. We didn't, unfortunately, buy at this dealership, yet she has shown us she cares about our service issues. She has kept up with us and helped greatly. It tells me a lot about Lisa's integrity and this dealership. Mike called and got us right in. I'll follow up with how it goes at THIS dealership. I have high expectations after dealing with Lisa. 😉 Grapevine has been a great disappointment. More
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!..... I initially took my car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advi car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advisor MICHAEL PEREZ and told that my car was OVERHEATING after the fender liner replacement, and they replaced my steering gear to eliminate the issue. Michael also told me that my car was now making a crunching noise and that it was normal. I immediately went to the dealership to listen to the noise that he was describing as normal that WAS NEVER PRESENT BEFORE.. I did not take my car home that day and told him that I would make contact with Dodge customer service to determine what resolution would be taken. After contacting Dodge customer service I was assigned to a case manager who advised me to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. When I went in pick my car up Michael was not there and I asked for a Service manager. I then had a conversation with PHILIP MCCLEAN who told me the same thing Michael did and that the noise I was now having as a result of them working on my car was normal. The next day I took my car to a second dealership, and they advised me that my fender liner was NEVER REPLACED!! I was even told that a NEW RACK isn't typically installed on a car that has 14k miles. At this point, I was furious and called in to Dodge requesting assistance from my case manager. Unfortunately, my case manager was not available and I left a message for a callback. Monday 11/9 came, and I called back and left yet another message for my case manager. I also called the first dealership and asked for a manager and spoke with SCOTT SPINDLE who advised me that it was his first day back and he read briefly over my case and that I could bring my car in to look at it, but the noise has been determined to be normal. I brought it to his attention that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ON MY CAR and It is very hard for me to digest. I am unwilling to take my car back to this shady dealership as they may do more damage to my car. Today is Wednesday, my car is still making a noise, and I am getting the runaround from everyone..... This is unfair to me and very disappointing. This is my first DODGE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I don't understand how UNAUTHORIZED WARRANTY work can be supported by Dodge, and this dealership take advantage of consumers. It has been determined that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR on my car and someone needs to be held responsible More

I’m pretty sure people at Huffines cringe when they see me pull up to service. I feel like I always have something wrong with my car. Either way they are always polite and ready to help get me on my way. Mr. Smith is someone who always gets stuck helping me. This young man puts up with my attitude that I have regularly. He will even go out of his way to call and make sure he has everything ordered before I come in so there is nothing getting in the way of my service being completed. He will even follow up and make sure if I was helped by someone else that they made sure I was taken care of. This is definitely someone who I know will make sure my vehicle is in good hands when I come in. The whole staff is very nice especially the young lady in the front. More
