Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Lewisville - Service Center

Took my 2022 Cherokee Trailhawk in for 2 issues. Took the car in at 9 AM on Thursday. One is that it will not go back into drive after going thru a tunnel car wash without putting it into park firs Took the car in at 9 AM on Thursday. One is that it will not go back into drive after going thru a tunnel car wash without putting it into park first. A real problem! Second was a minor noise coming from the front end. Problem One was deemed normal. Can't believe that and second issue is the big one. First thing I never received ANY updates on the car at all except the following text this morning: 9:51 Monday "This is Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Lewisville. We may send you updates about the services you requested which will vary per your needs." "Hey it's Tyler at Huffines. I wanted to go ahead and text you all of the pricing and will call here shortly. My technician found noise to be coming from 2 places in the front end. Your struts are making noise in the mounts and the lower control arms are making noise as well. To replace all of this it would run $4167.73." So now I call the service writer and he tells me the same thing. I go pick up the car to get a second opinion. The service writer comes out and tells me well "the front end work is not really very bad at all and I should be fine as is for many miles to come"! So I am led to believe that the 4K in service was really not necessary and someone just need a service sale! I will never do any business with this dealership ever in the future. More
