The Palmer experience I had a pre approved loan from Texans credit union, they called Kevin and he called me to set up an appointment. Kevin stayed after closing time to finish the sale and offered to come to my house to set up the phone and explain any and all the features the car had. We are retired and haven’t bought a new car in over fifteen years and the new technology is a little overwhelming but I have figured most of it out without calling Kevin Kevin was a pleasure to work with and he is the one person I would recommend to anyone at this dealership. Santa Fe We had leased a 2014 Santa Fe and our sales person reached back out to us.and he was able to make me an offer I could not refuse. We loved our Santa We had leased a 2014 Santa Fe and our sales person reached back out to us.and he was able to make me an offer I could not refuse. We loved our Santa Fe and are back in a 2017 model with another three year lease. Previously, we owned a Hondo Pilot but did not think the seats were nearly as comfortable as the Santa Fe. Also, we had an issue with the steering shaking and this was not a problem in our Santa Fe. We are happy customers glad to be driving our new Santa Fe another 3 years! More

Good Experience I had an overall positive experience with Mike Guthrie and the rest of the crew at Huffines Plano. While I felt I had to work a little harder than ne I had an overall positive experience with Mike Guthrie and the rest of the crew at Huffines Plano. While I felt I had to work a little harder than necessary to get a reasonable offer for my impeccable, low mileage 2012 Tahoe we were eventually able to make a deal. We went from test drive to signing all the paperwork in a few hours - not bad at all. Mike, our sales guy, was great and took great care of us throughout the whole process and even did a good job of following up with us a few days later to ensure everything was as we expected. My wife and I visited a LOT of Chevy dealerships before we made our purchase but we felt Mike worked the hardest to earn our business and was very trustworthy. All in all, we will definitely be back to do business with Huffines Plano again. More
