Pleasant and professional truck purchasing experience. Chuck Winnett was able to find a 2018 Regular Cab Silverado that I thought was going to be hard to find. Smooth and easy car buying experience...thanks Rigo! We were in the Dallas area for the weekend and had been looking at vehicles back in Louisiana. We stopped into Ray Huffines to look at a Suburban and were never bombarded by salespeople. After an initial look at the vehicle, I went in to find Rigo waiting to assist us. He grabbed the keys and we took it for a couple of test drives before finally committing to the purchase and within just a few hours we were on our way. It was a superb experience and we will certainly be considering taking a drive out to the dealership the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

2018 Truck Purchase I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Mark Ferguson, and the whole Huffines Plano Dealership process . I contacted several different Dall I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Mark Ferguson, and the whole Huffines Plano Dealership process . I contacted several different Dallas dealerships with a specific request for my 2018 truck. Mark seemed to be the main one concerned with what I asked for, which was mainly to simply replace a 2015 truck I was currently driving, as close a possible. Most area dealers seemed to insist I look at their current inventory, although I had, and found nothing even close . Mark found the right truck for me within 24 hours of me contacting him, a little over 300 miles away, and at the right price on both the trade value and sales price.. I highly recommend Huffines for anyone that has a busy schedule as I do, I am 64 years old and run a 30 year business with little time to beat the pavement of all the dealerships in the area to simply purchase a vehicle. Genesis G80 Purchase The professionalism and great customer service the salesman Rochean Spencer shown me was impeccable. He did advise me he was not a certified Genesis s The professionalism and great customer service the salesman Rochean Spencer shown me was impeccable. He did advise me he was not a certified Genesis salesman but because of how well educated he was on the vehicles he shown and the knowledge of the vehicles I didn't want the help of any other sales person but him. He was very nice and patient with the throughout the entire process. He never once left me alone while I was waiting to get financed. He kept me in the loop and informed about everything that was going on and how much the finance director David was doing all he could to get me financed at a very good interest rate. I'm still a little upset I didn't get the G80 with the panoramic sunroof but, all in all I absolutely love my car. All I need are the windows tinted and I will be a very happy camper! Thanks again Spencer for your genuineness and great sense of humor. The only complaint I have is when I came to get my vehicle washed , one of the guys questioned me about where I worked and how long I have been employed with my company. I felt that was strange considering my deal was already completed and he wasn't the finance director .That alone can make a customer not want to return, especially when I provided proper paperwork. I was waiting in the lobby and he randomly walked up to me asking me questions about what company do I work for , how long have I been with the company and also what was my job description. I didn't get his name but he was a taller guy whose office was behind the receptionist desk. I didn't like being questioned like that at all especially by some random employee. Other than that my experience was great and I will refer Rochean Spencer and you guys to my family, friends and coworkers. More
